Finally the South African rugby season is finish.Starting in Feb and ending in Dec , this has not been a stellar year for our rugby with the Boks playing half the time rubbish,the most boring Tri-Nations ever,the Southern Spears Fiasco, The Luke Watson never ending debate, and an end of year tour that nearly saw Jake lose his job and of cos the Super 14  which I seem to have forgotten because well lets face there was nothing to remember.That final will go down as the least memorable seeing that with dense fog one could not make out anything.The only bright spot was the Currie Cup where some exciting rugby was being played (maybe its because NZ and Aus were not there to show us how poor we really are) and exciting new youngsters were revealed.Take a bow Gio Aplan , Jaco Pretorius, and Francois Steyn.

 

So we all know the be all is the World Cup in 2007 , how is Jake plans shaping up ? Firstly I have some beefs with the man

1. Pick on form not reputation.

2. Pick Luke Watson.

3. Stop going for big guys in favour of small guys.

4. Drop John Smit as captain. He is not the best hooker or captain in the country.

5. Danie Rossouw will never be a flank.

6. Learn the meaning of openside flanker.

7. Stop coming up with k@k excuses after a match!

8. Come up with a half decent game plan.

9. Don't think you know everything and have personal vendettas against certain players.

10. Get a better backline coach.
